And I totally agree you need to work with an image rather than against it.

I use Photomechanic to sort and LR2 to do basic WB and exposure. Then if needed I use some LR2 style presets to get the look I want.
Nice and quick and easy.

Monika Szczepaniak - I think the LR3 beta is available till April so I would suspect (and hope) that it will be released round September.

matt shumate - What a beautiful setting for a portrait session. Count me among those way excited for LR3. Until importing is faster, I’m sticking with copying files to the Macbook with Photo Mechanic.
